## Description

The Council requires the consultancy to produce an economic case for inclusion in its SOBC for submission to MCHLG on 1 March 2019\. The economic case must be fully compliant with HM Treasury \(HMT\) Green Book guidance, the MHCLG Appraisal Guide, and where relevant the Department for Transport \(DfT\) WebTAG guidance\.
