Work description
Medway Council ("The Council") is a unitary authority based in Kent, undertaking all unitary authority duties (including Highways) and administration functions for the Medway towns, consisting of the main towns of Strood, Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham and Rainham.
Our Highways Service is seeking to purchase a Leica iCON iCG70T GPS system to allow Council engineers to carry out topographical surveys in house, increasing productivity, staking out designs faster and improve quality control.
The Council will be seeking a full cost breakdown of annual HxGN SmartNet+ software and maintenance cost, for a total of 5 years (upon expiry of the supplier's warranty period).
Any costs shall include any software updates that are necessary over the duration of the contract.
