THIS NOTICE IS ON BEHALF OF CHICHESTER DISTRICT COUNCIL. Chichester District Council (CDC) Chichester District Council has awarded a single supplier contract for the redevelopment of a site at the Terminus Road Industrial Estate. The works include site preparation, erection of a perimeter fence around the new site and the moving and installation of a portable office from the current Westhampnett Depot to the new Terminus Road depot. This is a below threshold Works Contract with a contract period of 3 months and an estimated maximum value of £438,812.61.
