## Description

EDC \(the Client\) is seeking to procure a Highways Engineer \. The Consultant will lead the Highways design and approvals for Phase 1 of Ebbsfleet Central which will include, the urban centre of Ebbsfleet Garden City located on the land around Ebbsfleet International railway station\.
