## Description

The AADP is the Army's development programme for those Officers and Civil Servants who have been identified as having the energy, intellect and acumen to excel and have the potential for senior leadership positions\. The AADP will be at the centre of Army HQ business with a unique opportunity to influence the shape of the Army for the future\. The AADP currently undertake a significant business skills package but what is required is a training packaged which allows them to reflect on their learning and to fully exploit the training they have been given\. This contract has been awarded to Forward Institute via single source due to being below the PCR threshold\.
