Investigation into the former Littleborough Gas Works

Rochdale Borough Council were seeking bids from interested providers for the investigation into the former Littleborough Gas works.

This involves assessment of the presence of contamination and possible development end use choices prior to development.

In accordance with Rochdale's Contract Procedure Rules, a restricted RFQ procedure was utilised under Risk Based Sourcing and 3 bids were received. Following evaluation, LK Consult Limited were awarded on the basis of most advantageous tender (MAT).
