## Description

Ofcom has a requirement for the provision of support with the annual Corporation tax return and related adhoc advice\. In addition, support with matters relating to other taxes, principally VAT and occasionally the import and export of goods and related cross border transfers\. We would also seek support on other tax queries raised by auditors, HMRC, suppliers and customers\. Typically, Ofcom would require support for a small number of queries covering matters such as VAT, import or export of goods or corporation tax, covering perhaps 15 hours per annum\. In previous years, for example, Ofcom have sought advice on matters such as the Construction Industry Scheme\.
