## Description

Cornwall Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant team to prepare a Phosphate Management Strategy for the River Camel Special Area of Conservation \(SAC\), due to effects of excessive phosphates \(resulting from agricultural practices and wastewater from built development\) entering the watercourse\.
