Drama Based Workshops

The College are looking to appoint a Service Provider to develop an interactive, experiential drama-based approach to learning to engage all their first line leaders (FLLs) including sergeants and police staff equivalents. The learning is to challenge both new-to-role and established FLLs and will focus on the newly launched leadership expectations.
