Quotation for SCSP Commissioning of a Local Child Safeguarding Practice Review Sandwell Children's Safeguarding Partnership \(SCSP\) are intending to undertake a Local Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews with a tentative start date of September 2019 concluding with the finished reports back to the Partnership by March 2020\.
