The proposed works is to convert a disused storage area into a 2 bedroom dwelling, in order to deliver new homes at a cost below that which could be achieved though market purchase and to increase our property portfolio therefore enabling us to provide additional affordable housing. The form of contract will be a JCT Minor Works Contract to maintain the integrity of our planning design, the tender pack will include drawings.
