Invitation to Tender for Thompson Park Building Works

Tenders are invited from companies that have the resources and ability to undertake the refurbishment and alteration of buildings in Thompson Park, Burnley.

The works are being undertaken as part of as part of a project to restore Thompson Park which is funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund and briefly comprise:

• Renovating the former pavilion/tea room for use as a visitor centre and ranger base. • Converting the boathouse into a small café. • Restoring two Italianate shelters • Refurbishing toilets • Constructing a new octagonal timber shelter
