## Description

South Cambridgeshire District Council is leading on a joint procurement with Cambridge City Council to undertake Housing Stock Valuations and Non-Housing Stock Valuations\. These are collectively known as The Councils\. This contract will be let with two lots lot 1 SCDC and lot 2 CCC\. SCDC has a housing company \(Ermine Street \[ESH\]\) and CCC has a housing company - \(Cambridge City Housing Company \[CCHC\]\)\. It is important to note that The Councils shall require separate invoices for both the authorities and companies for legal and accounting purposes\.
