## Description

2\.1 South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority \(the Authority\) is looking to procure an organisation \(referred to as the 'Service Provider'\) to manage and run the Skills Bank programme on behalf of SYMCA\. This is the third iteration of the programme and is referred to as 'Skills Bank 3'\. The Service Provider will develop and manage the programme and provide tailored learning solutions to meet the skills priorities of employers in South Yorkshire and their employees through a network of training providers\.
