## Description

The Restart Scheme is a £500m budgeted scheme with the primary objective of supporting UK film and television production companies and aiding the economic recovery following Covid-19 by providing targeted support\. DCMS requires a supplier to provide a process evaluation of the scheme, focusing on the way in which the scheme is delivered and implemented and identify lessons for operational improvement and for future government policy\.
