## Description

The Council is seeking to appoint a conservation-accredited Architect \(AABC or RIBA SCA\), building surveyor or architectural technologist lead consultant to undertake a comprehensive condition survey on a Listed Building to understand the current condition of the property including costings for repair\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\. The tender must be returned by 12:00 Noon 27 July 2020\.
