Gloucestershire Economic Assessment

Stroud District Council, working in partnership with Gloucestershire local authorities (Cheltenham Borough Council, Cotswold District Council, Forest of Dean District Council, Gloucester City Council, Gloucestershire County Council, Tewkesbury Borough Council) invites quotations from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake a Gloucestershire Economic Assessment to support the production of local plans for the period 2020/1 to 2040/1. The assessment will investigate the economic potential of Gloucestershire and identify aspirational but realistic targets based on economic forecasts and modelled scenarios for the delivery of employment land (B class uses) to meet the needs of the market. The results will feed into an assessment of future employment land supply which will be commissioned separately by each local authority.
