## Description

Assignment under the Market Research MR130001 Agreement Contract\. This qualitative research will look to understand the experiences and customer journeys of start-up businesses\. In particular, it will seek to understand: • the overall experience of the customer, from the point at which they come up with a business idea, through to the launch of the business, and the first two years of trading; and • any challenges faced by start-ups during this period, the support that was available to them, and additional support which could have improved the experience\.
