Work description
The aim of this training programme is to equip staff with essential technical knowledge and advanced professional techniques through Communicating and Presenting Courses, enhancing their ability to perform effectively in their roles. These courses will focus on skills such as win-win negotiations, data visualization, report preparation, public speaking, presentation, and managing difficult behaviours, ultimately supporting the council in meeting its strategic objectives and addressing key challenges.
