## Description

Provision and management of an accommodation based Young People's Assessment and Support Service\. In addition to being committed to preventing and reducing youth homelessness, the service will serve as a critical access point on the path to adulthood for vulnerable young people in the LBTH\. By conducting a thorough assessment, delivering individually-tailored support, and working in collaboration with other LBTH services, the Assessment and Support Service will ensure young people take a suitable and safe next step in their lives\.
