We are seeking a supplier to help us to understand, in greater depth, the factors influencing the adoption of Open Access for Longform Publications in regional and national contexts through our project partners\. The research will focus on the attitudes, behaviours and challenges around the adoption of Open Access for Longform\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
