NOTE: This notice was updated on 01 February 2017 for the following reason: A further review of the work relating to this tender has identified a need to re-visit elements of the work, in particular to include significant M&E elements which obstruct access to the roofs and windows\. It has been decided therefore to end the current exercise, amend the requirements and re-issue the tender opportunity\.
