The Parliamentary and Correspondence Team \(PCT\), Freedom of Information Team \(FOI\) and Civil Service Pensions Team \(CSP\) all share access to a case management system, eCase, under a licence procured by PCT\. This is an extension of the contract originally procured in October 2022 with a 12 month extension period built in to the original contract\.
