Description
The Council would like to investigate the merits of a software product that can use data from another 3rd party software (Total Mobile) to predict repeat repairs and identify and reduce responsive repair demand. The benefits would be to identify properties needing root cause intervention to prevent complaints and improve customer satisfaction. The decision taken to award this contract was made on 21/11/2023. The contract award was made as a Call Off from using Key Criteria Search which resulted in a single supplier.
