## Description

To provide a route to support and empower those from the Disabled Community in Somerset to get their voice heard in consultation and engagement activities\. It would also provide support for the community to get themselves heard in wider forums\. It would also identify potential areas of concern from the Disabled Community to inform future commissioning of services and organisational understanding of the needs and concerns of the Disabled Community in Somerset\.
