UK SBS PR20067 Legal Support for Aircraft procurement

UK Research and Innovation had a requirement for, legal support to review the UKRI High value contract template and, based on experience of best practice in similar procurements, either;

o Recommend amendments to the UKRI high value terms to ensure suitability for this procurement, to include identifying any additional terms and the schedules that need to be considered; or

o Identify a set of industry standard terms & conditions appropriate for this procurement that can be utilised at short notice, with minimum adaptation.

• Provide an initial assessment of the risks, and accordingly the contract provisions, likely to factor in a suppliers' contract negotiation for a (small) purchase on the civil market.
