The Works include external and communal painting and repairs including but not limited to: • Surveys to identify works to each property • Lubrication of PVC window locks/hinges and composite door lubrication \(during survey\) • Clean gutters and wash PVC frames & cills • Pre-paint repairs • External painting • Painting of internal communal area\.
