## Description

Design and installation of replacement boilers and associated mechanical plant at City Hall\. Please download tender documents and upload completed tenders using the link: https://in-tendhost\.co\.uk/norwich/aspx/Home NOTE - Original tender that was advertised included an air source heat pump element \(for completion by 31 December\) so estimated contract amount was up to £500k\. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, this element had to be removed during the open tender process\. This reduced the value of the contract to between £300k to £400k and the required completion of works end date changed to 30 September \. All suppliers were advised by way of a clarification before tender closing date\.
