## Description

The Lead Contracting Body wishes to establish a single Provider Contract for the provision of Estates Professional Services - Valuation Services for Derbyshire Police, Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service and The Derbyshire Police and Fire LLP\. The contract will commence on 1st July 2021 for 3 years with an option to extend for another 2 x 12 months and will be extended subject to satisfactory contractor performance and service\.
