Utilising the MSB Digital Services Strategic Partner Procurement Framework (Lot 4c), the MSB Digital Services will procure support from one of their partners to deliver the following outputs before the end of the current financial year; • a full audit of all business / corporate and clinical applications, identifying the business functionality and value; • an audit of corresponding vendors / suppliers to each of the applications; • a development roadmap for each of the applications including all major and minor upgrades and releases; • a technology roadmap for support, migration and management of applications running on a Windows 10 OS and back-end requirements such as 2008 R2; • a technology roadmap for each application with any cloud based offerings or services; and • where possible, an understanding of supplier indicative costs, risk and timescales for migrating applications to Windows 10 and cloud based services.
