## Description

Oadby & Wigston Borough Council has secured Warm Homes Local Grant funding from the Department for Energy Security and Net-Zero to improve the energy efficiency of 70 privately owned domestic properties located within the borough by 31st March 2028\. The Council has appointed a Contractor to carry provide a retrofit assessment and coordination service covering designing, approving and signing off a retrofit plan and uploading measures to Trustmark\.
