Worcestershire County Council, and Malvern Hills District Council are seeking the appointment of a Commercial Property consultant to support the consideration and development of The Malvern Hills Science and Technology Park. This includes the provision of commercial property and development advice and the preparation of a targeted Market Strategy to support the development of a European-scale Science and Technology Park in Malvern that delivers more highly skilled and well-paid jobs for the Worcestershire economy.
