## Description

The project provides capital technical assistance to assess deliverability and value for money for capital works proposals requesting funding from the Skills Accelerator programme\. The technical assistance organisations provide advice and guidance on proposals to re-purpose and refurbish facilities to house new equipment and deliver new learning programmes funded through the Skills Accelerator programme, ensuring contractor costs are in line with vfm sector benchmarks, all required legislative and best practice requirements related to the construction project are in place and any delivery risks are identified\.
