## Description

The Biodiversity Key Performance Indicator \(KPI\) Team provide technical expertise and advice to National Highways' Major Projects and Operations Delivery Directorates\. The team are responsible for ensuring that technical governance requirements are appropriately assessed and managed and that risks to delivery are identified\. The team are also responsible for reporting performance to National Highways' Biodiversity KPI to Strategy and Planning and the provision of advice to Commercial and Procurement on corporate policy in this area\.
