Work description
The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a supplier to undertake a review of the Quality Governance function within the organisation, including (but not limited to):
- Structures, systems & processes (including risk, quality contracting, patients experience, legal) - Capability and capacity - Reporting, investigating and managing risks to the quality of care - Sharing and improvement of practice through triangulation - Measurement and assurance reporting, including routes of escalation - Identification and delivery of quality & safety priorities (links to national, regional and local strategy, campaigns & initiatives) - Culture and engagement (within and across divisions)
The supplier will need to be able to offer a distinctive, innovative, proactive and professional approach conducting the review.
The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking to carry out a mini competition exercise through the NHS Shared Business Services Framework Agreement for Internal and External Audit, Counter Fraud and Financial Assurance Services Ref: SBS/20/MA/ZY/10024 - Lot 5
Suppliers will be invited to submit an offer in accordance with the NHS SBS Framework Agreement for Lot 5 - Audit and Governance Ancillary Services
