The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a supplier to undertake a review of the Quality Governance function within the organisation, including \(but not limited to\): - Structures, systems & processes \(including risk, quality contracting, patients experience, legal\) - Capability and capacity - Reporting, investigating and managing risks to the quality of care - Sharing and improvement of practice through triangulation - Measurement and assurance reporting, including routes of escalation - Identification and delivery of quality & safety priorities \(links to national, regional and local strategy, campaigns & initiatives\) - Culture and engagement \(within and across divisions\) The supplier will need to be able to offer a distinctive, innovative, proactive and professional approach conducting the review\.
