Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council \(the Council\) has a requirement to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Construction Related Specialist Building Consultancy Services\. The Council is seeking tenders from experienced organisations to assist in the delivery of a wide range of construction related specialist consultancy services to support and complement existing in-house service\(s\) in accordance with these Tender Documents\.
