BwDBC Surfacing and Civils Works Framework Lot 1 - Surfacing This Scheme will cover the resurfacing of highways on: • Alderman Arthur Townsend Way, Blackburn • Greenhead Avenue, Blackburn • Jack Walker Way, Blackburn • Kelsall Avenue, Blackburn • Shadsworth Road, Blackburn • Sough Road, Darwen • Troy Street, Blackburn • Vale Street, Blackburn • West Park Road, Blackburn And will encompass the following works • Carriageway inlay resurfacing; • Adjustment and/or replacement of ironwork; • Replacement of road markings; • Replacement of pedestrian delineation studs; • Liaison with stakeholders and the public; • Traffic management\.
