Strategic and Project Employer's Agent and Project Employer's Agent - Framework

The requirement under this framework is for the appointment of a single competent and capable supplier for each of the 3 separate lots Lot 1 for a Strategic and Project Employer's Agent to oversee the implementation of the development program. Provide Employers Agent services in instances of performance failure and or full/partial services to Section 106/turnkey developments as appointed. Lot 2 for a Project Employer's Agent to be employed on a project by project basis to fulfil the relevant role of Employer's Agent/Client Representative under the Building Contract/Development Agreement predominately in Cumbria in the North West of England. Lot 3 for a Project Employer's Agent to be employed on a project by project basis to fulfil the relevant role of Employer's Agent/Client Representative under the Building Contract/Development Agreement in the North East England
