## Description

Requirement for the provision of legal services to the Bank of England in connection with technology projects during 2022\. The scope of work is as follows: • advising on appropriate contractual structures; • drafting contractual terms and/or reviewing those proposed by suppliers; • advising on the procurement processes involved; • reviewing procurement documents such as SQs, ITTs, ITPDs, etc\.; • dealing with ad hoc legal queries from the Bank and opposing legal counsel throughout\.
