## Description

TVCA seeks to instruct a consultant to carry out a Gateway Assessment of four housing schemes in line with TVCA BHF Framework; To produce an evidenced Due Diligence report for each scheme on the viability of the development appraisals \(max 4 reports\); To write and produce a maximum of four Treasury Green book compliant Business Cases; To attend programme management meetings to discuss overall progress; To attend scheme project meetings with TVCA and partners to develop business case\.
