Description

The current timber decking along Hornsea seafront has been identified as in a state of repair due to the environment and ERYC vehicles driving over the decking, which the decking is unable to support resulting in its failure. The areas of the decking only available for access by pedestrians will be replaced with a composite decking material along with the subframe and base being replaced. In the areas where ERYC vehicles are driving over the timber decking the decking will be completely replaced with a hard-wearing construction material able to withstand the loadings.
