Within these pillars there are several significant work programmes which will need to be factored into the economic analysis including \(but not limited to\): • Development of the Generalist School • Moving the Point of Registration with the GMC • Initiatives to address Health Inequalities, most notably through the \(re\) distribution of medical training posts • Increasing flexibility within PGME, specifically through increasing availability of Less Than Full Time \(LTFT\) training and facilitating doctors in training stepping out and stepping into \(SouSi\) training • Aligning medical training with emerging Integrated Care Systems"\.
