Thirteen Housing Group seeks to appoint a Principal Contractor to undertake the full refurbishment of Penrith Road flats and communal areas\. The contract includes kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, ventilation, signage, decoration, flooring, loft insulation, windows & doors, electrical upgrades, lighting, CCTV, fire detection upgrades, roofline, rainwater and external works package\. The Contract is to be undertaken on a Supply & Install basis\. Prosper Procurement Ltd \("PROSPER"\) is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body\.
