Work description
The Authority has awarded a contract for Architectural Services for the re-development of one of its premises. The contract is awarded via further competition of Lot 3 Devon, Discipline A architectural services from the SWPPD Estates Consultancy Framework.
Additional information: The final value of this contract is a percentage of the construction cost. At further competition stage the contractor fee is agreed at 3.2%, which based on the indicative construction cost of £2,275,000, the estimated architectural fee will be £72,800.
