Internal Communal Refurbishment at Walmsley House, Folkestone

East Kent Housing on behalf of Folkestone & Hythe District Council ("the Council") wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the Internal Communal Refurbishment at Walmsley House, 1-29 Walmsley House, Princess Street, Folkestone CT19 6QP and invites prospective suppliers to submit a quotation to meet the Council's requirements.

The Contract is anticipated to commence in January 2019 and will continue for a period of 8 weeks (with any extensions) unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract.
