## Description

An RFQ for the councils of Lincolnshire County Council, North Lincolnshire, and North East Lincolnshire who require an expert review of the governance arrangements in Greater Lincolnshire\. The Councils also require advice on the parameters of feasible, and financially sustainable, Local Government Reorganisation models across Greater Lincolnshire \(taking into account economic, finance, deprivation and related factors\) - and that reflect "no detriment" as best as reasonably practicable, paying particular attention to the protection and sustainability of demand services such as Adults and Childrens
