Provision of software to maintain the Council's Historic Environment Records (HER) database

East Sussex County Council (ESCC) require a replacement software product to maintain the Historic Environment Record (HER) database.

The successful partner will provide the software, implement it, host it and provide support when needed.

This contract has been awarded to the successful supplier by way of a Direct Award.

As of 21st March 2025, the council will utilise the 2-year extension permitted in the original procurement and subsequent contract. The extended contract will now end on 20th March 2027. There will be no changes to the specification.

Additional information: Value provided includes extensions (1 year plus 1 + 1 + 1). If the full 4 year contract period is taken discounts may apply. End date is the end of the initial period only (one year).
