Thirteen - Communals 2017-18

Description

Thirteen Housing Group ("Thirteen") seeks to appoint one Contractor to carry out refurbishment to the communal areas of three individual blocks known as Bellamy Court, Leighton Road and Cheviot House across the boroughs of Hartlepool, Middlesbrough and Stockton on Tees. The properties will vary in type and the scope of works will vary between properties as detailed in the tender documents. The work is to be undertaken on a "supply & install" basis. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") [formerly NE Procurement Ltd ("NEP")] is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
