CDC MRI AI Application Upgrades

Description

CDC MRI AI Application Upgrades for Grantham and Louth. The Contracting Authority had a requirement for the upgrade of MRI AI Applications for CDCs at Grantham and Louth. This contract will result in all systems in the Trust being on the same platform, which is vital, and it will ensure that the CDCs are of the latest, most up to date specification. The application will improve image quality and the efficiency of machines, as well as reducing scan times, potentially providing opportunities to scan more patients. The Contracting Authority's MRI staff will be able to train on the upgraded systems at Louth and Grantham, so when the CDCs open later in 2024 the Contracting Authority will be able to scan from day one, with fully trained staff.
